I am a natural science artist working mostly in watercolor and ink. While my work is often stylized, I aim to include enough detail to identify the particular species of plant or animal yet still allow for whimsy through creative composition. I hope my artwork reflects the amazing diversity of creatures in our local habitats and encourages people to learn about, and take a closer look at, the natural world around them.
